Admission information for 2022/2023 School Year
Admission is handled solely by St. Francis Academy's school office.
Students must be proper age by September 1st.
Open House available by appointment only starting on December 6th, 2021. Please call the school office at 201-863-4112 to schedule an appointment. Your child may attend the tour. Masks must be properly worn at all times in the school building.
Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4 and Kindergarten applications will be given out after the tour and a meeting with the principal.
Limited spaces in Grades 1-6. There are no spaces available in grades 7 and 8.
2022/2023 FEES:
Registration & Testing Fee: $275.00 per child to insure your child’s place in St. Francis Academy. This includes all testing fees, Honeywell System, PowerSchool, and web-based First in Math Program for the school year.
Parents’ Guild: $225.00 per family.
Registration Fee and Parents' Guild Fees are due upon registering your child.
** Please note Book Fee for Grades K-8 of $400.00 and Supplies Fee for Grades PK3 & Pk4 of $375.00 will be paid July 1, 2021 through FACTS Tuition Program. All families must be registered with FACTS Tuition Program by June 2021.
Tuition per year:
Fees are due before March 1st – two separate checks please. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Required documents at time of registration:
* Report card from previous school signed by the Principal
* Standardized testing scores
* Health Record / Complete Physical Immunization Records**
* Social Security Number
* Birth/Baptismal Certificate
* Transfer Card from previous school
** Per the Archdiocese of Newark, effective September 1, 2021, the religious exemption will no longer be accepted for any student. Health records/immunization verification is required. A copy of the students immunization record is due on September 1, 2022. Students will not be allowed to start school until the immunization record has been submitted.
