Admission information for the 2023/2024 School Year
Admission is handled solely by Saint Francis Academy's school office.
Students must be proper age by September 1st.
This year our Open House will be on Wednesday, February 1st from 9am to 12 noon. Your child may attend the tour. We prefer that masks are worn at all times in the school building.
Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4 and Kindergarten applications will be given out after the tour and a meeting with the principal.
Limited spaces in Grades 1-6. There are no spaces available in grades 7 and 8.
2023/2024 FEES:
Registration & Testing Fee: $300.00 per child to insure your child’s place in St. Francis Academy. This includes all testing fees, Intrado Alert System, PowerSchool, and Web-based Programs for the school year.
Parents’ Guild: $250.00 per family.
Registration and Parents' Guild Fees are due upon registering your child. Please make two separate checks payable to "Saint Francis Academy".
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
** Please note the Book Fee for Grades K-8 of $450.00 and Supplies Fee for Grades PK3 & Pk4 of $400.00 will be paid July 1, 2023 through FACTS Tuition Program. All families must be registered with FACTS by June 2023.

* Report card from previous school signed by the Principal
* Standardized testing scores
* Health Record / Complete Physical Immunization Records**
* Social Security Number
* Birth/Baptismal Certificate
* Transfer Card from previous school
** Per the Archdiocese of Newark, effective September 1, 2021, the religious exemption will no longer be accepted for any student. Health records/immunization verification is required. A copy of the students immunization record is due on September 1, 2023. Students will not be allowed to start school until the immunization record has been submitted.
