May 11, 2012 – The weather –sunny and breezy – was perfect for our 6th Annual Walkathon. Supervised by the teachers and volunteer parents, the students walked several blocks chanting “SFA is the best!” before reaching the playground of Jose Marti.

If you have not been called for an appointment, your child has been placed on our waiting list. If a space becomes available, the next person on the waiting list will be called for an evaluation appointment. Thank you for your interest in St. Francis Academy. The fifth Annual Walkathon was a huge success: the overcast weather was nice; teachers and parents organized several games for the children to participate; and healthy snacks were within reach in case we needed a break. The fourth annual SFA Walkathon was by far the longest: students, teachers, and several parents walked about 20 blocks before reaching Washington Park, bordering Union City and Jersey City. |
