Catholic Schools Week 2012 Day 3: February 1, 2012 – Student Ambassadors greeted more than sixty prospective families in our Annual Open House this morning. Thank you parents for attending our OPEN HOUSE!

In the afternoon, Team A represented by Christian Raslowsky of Grade 8 placed first in the Math Bee organized by Mrs. Raslowsky and Mrs. Cassidy. The winning team is composed of:

Catherine Brucaliere – 7th
Robert Quintas – 7th
Sebastian Oberholtzer – 6th
Olivia Wilkins – 6th
Ryan Gray – 5th

OPEN HOUSE – February 1, 2012 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM

OPENINGS IN THE FOLLOWING GRADES ONLY:

Pre – K, Kindergarten & Grade 4

All other grades are WAITING LIST only.

No one will be admitted to St. Francis Academy in the 7th & 8th Grade.

Due to space restrictions, it is highly recommended that your child

enter St. Francis Academy in the Pre – K.

February 9, 2011 – More than 40 families attended the annual Catholic Schools Week OPEN HOUSE at St. Francis Academy. The student ambassadors from Grades 6, 7, and 8 gave the parents and their child(ren) a detailed tour of our school.

CSW 2010: Day 3 – Welcome Parents!

Feb. 3 OPEN HOUSE – St. Francis Academy welcomed parents in their annual OPEN HOUSE. The student ambassadors toured the parents and their children around the school. In the afternoon, students from grades 3, 4, 5, and 6 played “Are You Smarter Than a 3rd, 4th, or 5th Grader” organized by Ms. Figura, Mrs. Anzivino, and Mr. Tholen. The day was concluded by Family Rosary at the school chapel.

Despite the bad weather, St. Francis Academy carried on with the Catholic Schools Week schedule. In the morning, we welcomed several prospective families in our OPEN HOUSE (We’re going to have another one next week, Feb. 4). In the afternoon, the students from Grades 3-8 played our version of “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?” organized by Grades 3, 4, 5 homeroom teachers: Ms. Figura, Mrs. Anzivino, and Mr. Tholen.
