WHAT: Annual Card Party Fundraiser “Fiesta Night”

Dear Parents:

Our ANNUAL FUNDRAISER, CARD PARTY/DINNER will be held on Friday, November 6, 2009, at Schuetzen Park, located at 3167 J.F.K. Boulevard, North Bergen, New Jersey. The theme for this year’s Card Party will be “Fiesta Night” and all are welcomed to wear their favorite ponchos and sombreros for this event! It will be a Sensational Fiesta Adventure – a true SFA event! You don’t want to miss it. So, what do you say?

Tickets will be priced at $35.00 per person and reservations for this event, with payment included, must be sent to school no later than Friday, October 23, 2009. As you know, each family has paid $35.00 for one Mandatory Ticket for the event during registration. If you are using this ticket please fill out the attached reservation form. Please note, it is extremely important to realize that the Guild needs to guarantee the number of guests prior to the actual event. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RESERVATIONS AFTER FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23RD. NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE AND TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD AT THE DOOR!

Please send payments in a sealed envelope marked “Card Party Committe” and as always, please write your child’s name and grade on the envelope. Tables will be arranged in groups of ten. If you know who you would like to be seated with, kindly have one person from the group fill out one form and submit with payment. The evening will begin promptly at 7:00 PM with an opportunity to win many prizes. There will be BEAUTIFUL GIFTS, GRAND PRIZES, RAFFLES, and more just waiting to be won, but you must be present to win! Tickets for all raffles will be on sale only at this party and throughout the evening.

Reservation forms with your checks made payable to St. Francis Academy must be returned by FRIDAY, October 23rd, and seating will be on a first come, first served basis. PLEASE NO CHILDREN!

Please make every effort to attend this very important fundraiser; we need everyone’s support to make this a successful event!
