2010 – 2011 Academic Year Begins Thursday, September 9

St. Francis Academy will welcome new and returning students to campus for the 2010 – 2011 year beginning Thursday, September 9.

The opening schedule is as follows:

Thursday, September 9

• Half day for all students – 12:00 noon dismissal
• Grades 1 – 8 please report to cafeteria by 7:45 am.
• Pre-K and Kindergarten may report directly to their classrooms after 7:30
• Students must be in full summer uniform.

Friday, September 10

• Half day for all students (same time schedule as Thursday)
• Opening Mass for grades 2 to 8 and faculty at 9:30 am – Parents are welcome.
• Full summer uniform, no gym suits K- 8.

Monday, September 13

• Full day of classes for all students.

Reminders:

• Please ensure that all Summer Reading assignments are complete by the first day of classes.
• No jewelry or nail polish permitted. Girls’ hair to be pulled back from face. Boys must have a traditional boy’s haircut, hair may not touch collar or shirt.
• Supply lists will be given on first day of school. All supplies must be purchased at SFA supply room.
